2.9 You acknowledge that we can't make any change to your reservation from our side, so for any change or cancellation you have to get in touch with the travel agent directly regarding changing or cancelling your flights, Flysera isn't able to change or cancel your booking.
3- Compulsory circumstances Clarification
3.1 In case you request to cancel or refund of your tickets, it may be or mostly subject of fee associated with cancelling your booking depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
3.2 Refund in case you booked with airline directly, it may be possible depending on the type of ticket you hold, you’ll be able to cancel your booking, so place your refund request with the a airline company throogh call center directly.
3.3 Refund in case you booked through a travel agent and haven’t started your journey yet, we recommend to contact your travel agent to make any changes, use your email used to receive booking confirmation, it should have been sent when you made your booking, take in consideration that some tickets are non-refundable, Consider changing your booking instead if the fare conditions permit this.
